Service Description
This class is aimed at increasing the heart rate, by adding light dumbbell weights (as an option) to our Pilates inspired movements. Always heavily focused on technique and 'how' we move. This class still remains slow-paced. We'll cover traditional hand weight exercises, as well as spicing up the choreography, with very slow & controlled Pilates-Style exercises. There will be options / levels offered as always, & it is your choice whether you use 0.5/1/2/3/4kg weights (or none at all). There are countless advantages to why adding resistance training to your week is amazing for the human body, especially as we age, including: Increases Muscle Tone. ... If you need to RESCHEDULE - please do so with 12+ hours notice of your class START TIME. This allows others time to book. If you have a 'Class Pass' or 'Weekly Membership' you can cancel & regain your pass credit within the 12+hr time frame policy. If you have booked and paid for a SINGLE £9 class - please either select the 'reschedule' option or contact us direct to transfer your booking; IF within the 12+hr policy time frame.
