- Studio Guidelines
Whether you've just booked a class or you're looking to book,
below are a few points that should help before you attend your session:
Timings, Set Up & Equipment:

Please arrive 5 - 10 mins before your booked class start time

After you enter the main door into the building, you'll see the Mat Studio Entrance straight ahead, at the top of the corridor, and the Equipment Studio Entrance part way up the corridor, on the left hand side.

As you enter the Studio, please remove your shoes & store them and any other personal belongings in the allocated areas

Choose a Mat / Reformer of your choice & relax before the class starts

Your Teacher will sign you in 😊

All mats and accessories will be provided, however, if you prefer to bring your own mat, or maybe you use a specific block / cushion to aid your practice, that's completely fine to bring that with you
What to wear & bring with you:

Please wear any clothing that you feel comfortable in, and is stretchy enough for you to move your body with no restrictions

Wear layers of clothing - so you can take off or add, if / when needed

The studio is cooler in the winter (we do have the heaters running), but it's best to wear thin layers, especially as Pilates is NOT energetic / cardio style movements

We will practice in socks, Grip Socks must be worn on the Reformers (they are not essential for Mat, but they can be very helpful, and reduce slipping)

We suggest that you bring a drink to class also; hydration is KEY

Enjoy your session 😊
After your session:

We use a Liquid Cleaner + Paper Towel to clean the Studio Mat / Head Cushion / Reformer Machine

Please leave all equipment in the same area to dry
