Service Description

Recommended age for little ones: 3 years - 8 years. This is not a strict age policy, and it may differ slightly depending on the child. As the parent, you will have a good gauge of their attention span. £10 total for the child & parent - 45 minute class. Also, if you have two children, they may work as a team, rather than the parent & child participating together, for example, your 8 year old may attend to work with the younger one and guide them. If that works better for you, then parents can sit at the side of the room & be there for support etc. it's quite flexible, in terms of how it will run on the day. Babies also welcome, if you have an older child that you're booking for 😊 The types of movements we will cover include: - Copying the teacher (both parties of the booking) - Fun activities with different bits of Pilates Equipment, to help improve Balance, Coordination & Fine motor Skills. - Whole group involvement tasks - Child friendly core exercises - Prompts to little ones for Postural Awareness - Mindfulness - Gentle undertones of music in the background Any questions - please send a message in, or call: 07538927076.
