Cancellation Policy
If you need to RESCHEDULE - please do so with 12+ hours notice of your class START TIME. This allows others time to book.
If you have a 'Class Pass' or 'Weekly Membership' you can cancel & regain your pass credit within the 12+hr time frame policy.
If you have booked and paid for a SINGLE £9 class - please either select the 'reschedule' option or contact us direct to transfer your booking; IF within the 12+hr policy time frame.
Otherwise your Class Pass / Payment will be lost. Thank you.
