Service Description

One from our LEARNER Series - a 60 minute class to educate you on the Reformer. You can decide how many of the Complete Beginner Classes you take... when you feel ready to transition into a regular class, there are lots of options on the timetable. **Grip Socks Required - for ALL classes** You can purchase Grip Socks for £5 if you don’t have any already, when booking this class, and selecting the PLAN that is £5 extra. There are plenty of sock options at the Studio to choose from, when you arrive. **Please bring a small towel with you** At Feel. classes, we offer a deep fundamental focus. Also, we do not over complicate the choreography in the INTRO classes. If you are joining us and you have a specific condition / injury or you are Pregnant, please complete the online questions when booking this session, so we are aware of all the details. If you have booked previously, please state that you have already advised us of the details (the teacher will chat to you, as it may be a different teacher). When you enter the Equipment Studio at Feel. Please choose any reformer. You will see a small A5 notepad & black pen, please write your name on the pad. This enables our Teachers to recognise that you are in attendance; check you in, and greet / communicate with you on a more personal level. It’s hard when we see so many students throughout the week to learn everyone’s name, especially in the early sessions and also remember it 😊 Thank you - we cannot wait to see you soon!
