Service Description

** GRIP SOCKS** Required for all Tower Classes. TOWER Pilates is a workout that uses the vertical frame at the back of our Reformer Machines in the Feel. Studio. The TOWER has springs and bars, to provide resistance and support for exercises that would be performed on a mat, as well a range of different exercises that are varied. In our classes we combine classic Pilates principles with the dynamic, multi-planar resistance of spring-loaded equipment, allowing for a full-body workout that improves strength, flexibility, posture, and muscle control. TOWER Pilates classes are versatile and can be adapted for different fitness levels, making them accessible for beginners and challenging for experienced practitioners. You can be guaranteed a full body workout with TOWER. *Modifications will be given for those with injuries. If you're unsure, please always contact us to have a chat, or speak to the teacher before the class itself.

Cancellation Policy

This service is non-refundable. However, it is possible to transfer to another date & time, providing that you reschedule online 12+ hours before the class start time. (Please cancel your booking to have the Class Pass returned to your plan, then you will be able to rebook with the same Class Pass). Thank you for your understanding.
