... support their teaching journey. This will be the FIRST ever time that these lovely ladies have taught Pilates to a small group of supportive and encouraging current Students. I cannot describe how nerve wracking this is, to teach to people (especially experienced students); something they have NEVER done before. The first time can often be a blur, and you're not sure what you were saying at times !! But as the nerves settle; which can take a few classes, as a teacher you start to settle and get into your own teaching flow. Please only book this class with the understanding that you are there for the teachers in training to practice and gain an idea of what it feels like to teach 😊 Feedback at the end will be great. Constructive feedback, offered in the right way, to help the teachers develop would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Ashleigh
