Service Description
** GRIP SOCKS** Required for all Reformer Classes. This class is a full body workout with more contemporary style Pilates exercises. Your whole body, but especially your Legs & Glutes are going to FEEL this class! This class is not for Beginners. Please ensure you are experienced on our machines, before your give this class a try! As well as feeling 'Strong', to power up for this Athletic Style... You will work through movements that challenge you and increase your Heart Rate a little more than our traditional Reformer Pilates Classes. It's still as effective, but works in the Cardio-Strength zone. you will still be expected to work towards CONTROL in your movements, which is always more challenging when we pick up the pace. We are setting this class Level at '3' ... please do not book this class if you have any injuries or conditions that would prevent you from being various positions on the machine. Such as High Kneeling, Hands and Knees, Flexion (curling your upper back off the box or carriage) without straining your neck), Standing on the Reformer without support from the FootBar. You can expect to use the Weights / Circles / Balls in this class, to add more challenge... If you'd like some support or guidance upon this class level, please chat with a teacher in class, that way we can cover what's involved and discuss whether it would suit you.

This service is non-refundable. However, it is possible to transfer to another date & time, providing that you reschedule online 12+ hours before the class start time. (Please cancel your booking to have the Class Pass returned to your plan, then you will be able to rebook with the same Class Pass). Thank you for your understanding.
