Service Description

** GRIP SOCKS** Required for all Reformer Classes. This class is a full body workout with a mix of traditional & contemporary Pilates exercises. The beauty of Beginner Reformer Pilates is, you set the foundations of your technique... you must remember that Pilates is not just 'exercise', it's a method where you build Core Control, and simple exercises are just as effective as one's with higher intensity levels, it just depends on your capabilities and what you want from your class. The types of exercises you should recognise in a Level 1 Class include: | Footwork | Single Leg Work | MidBack Series | Leg Circles | Short Box & Long Box Exercises | Seated Side Arm Series | 4 Point Kneeling Exercises | The start of Spinal Articulation with the intro of Short Spine work... These are just a selection of the types of exercises you can expect to perform in a Level 1 class. There is zero pressure to progress at a certain rate in Pilates, if a particular level class is still still challenging you or it feels the right fit for you, then stick with it. If you're feeling ready to move up to the next level, check in with the Teacher to see if you'll be able to control the exercises. *Modifications will be given for those with injuries. If you're unsure, please always contact us to have a chat, or speak to the teacher before the class itself.

Cancellation Policy

This service is non-refundable. However, it is possible to transfer to another date & time, providing that you reschedule online 12+ hours before the class start time. (Please cancel your booking to have the Class Pass returned to your plan, then you will be able to rebook with the same Class Pass). Thank you for your understanding.
