Heart Rate on the UP!!! **GRIP SOCKS** Must be worn. If you do not have a pair, we sell them at the studio for £5. JumpBoard Reformer is a style of Pilates Class that combines traditional Reformer exercises with a jumpboard, a padded platform that attaches to the foot end of the Reformer. This allows for a low-impact, cardio-focused workout while still benefiting from the core strengthening and flexibility aspects of Pilates. The Jumpboard adds a FUN, energetic, and challenging element to the workout, incorporating jumping and resistance training, while being gentle on the joints. JumpBoard Reformer exercises can be beneficial for lymphatic drainage. The jumping motion on the jumpboard, which is attached to the reformer, helps stimulate the lymphatic system by mimicking a "rebounding" effect similar to a trampoline. JumpBoard Reformer is generally safe for most individuals, but it's not recommended for those with certain injuries or medical conditions. Individuals with acute injuries, especially in the lower body or back, should avoid JumpBoard due to the impact and core demands. Those with chronic back pain, neck pain, or certain joint issues (like knee or hip replacements) should also approach with caution and consult their doctor or physiotherapist first. Additionally, pregnant or postpartum individuals should seek guidance from their healthcare provider before engaging in jumpboard exercises.

This service is non-refundable. However, it is possible to transfer to another date & time, providing that you reschedule online 12+ hours before the class start time. (Please cancel your booking to have the Class Pass returned to your plan, then you will be able to rebook with the same Class Pass). Thank you for your understanding.
