The payment is non-refundable. However, it is possible to transfer your booking to another date / time, providing that you reschedule online (website or app) 12+ hours before the class start time. (Please cancel your booking to have the Class Pass returned to your plan, then you will be able to book another class with the same Class Pass). Thank you for your understanding.
